Brand Strategy & Packaging
Inspired Credit Management [ICM] was established by my dad [Michael] after he retired from his full time career in 2014. He was previously employed by a series of large firms as a credit specialist to help them gain better control over their debtors accounts. In August he approached us to design the brand, stationery items [business cards and letterheads] and a single page website.
The brand ICM intentionally leverages off the Australian Institute of Credit Management [AICM]. The red shades represent strength, power and determination whilst the circle icon signifies a circular approach to credit management. The primary font family we chose is ‘Novecento’ and is accompanied by ‘Avenir Light’.
The website is a single page design optimised for both a desktop and mobile viewing experience. It encompasses four different sections which are individually revealed/hidden through a tabbed based menu system. At the base of the services section we incorporated jQuery accordion panels. Accordion panels are collapsible content areas which we find is a nice way to present information in a limited amount of space. We find this script particularly useful for mobile web design.
On the contact page we incorporated an AJAX enquiry form. AJAX essentially supports server requests without reloading the page. As a result we were able to incorporate a smooth transitional popup confirmation message on successful form submission.
