Mobile Optimised Website
The aim of this project was to design a brand and website for a new online shopping directory. The client was highly motivated to create a distinctive yet practical approach to their branding and to develop a website that would act as a flexible framework with the core focus on the shop listings.
I designed the brand and website which included the graphic user interface, HTML/CSS site conversion and configuration onto WordPress CMS.
The identity encompasses the word Shopfield in a slightly modified version of a typeface called “Reboard”. To convey the online aspect of the business I used the negative space inside the letter “o” to include a subtle, yet effective, symbol of a mouse.
